Higher education. Work experience from 5 years.

• Effective experience in executive positions related to sales.
• Knowledge of the basic methods of analysis and forecasting.
• Systemic thinking and negotiation skills.
• Responsibility, organization, customer focus.
• Team management skills.
• Knowledge of marketing.
• Knowledge of 1C8 program
• Knowledge of English is welcome

Responsibilities:

• Planning of the department, setting goals, monitoring, motivation and staff development.
• Analysis of key sales performance indicators, identifying causes of deviations, development and implementation of corrective measures.
• Development and implementation of a strategic plan to achieve goals and expand the customer base.
• Achieving sales targets.
• Formation of team spirit and internal motivation among employees.
• Implementation of new advanced working methods, including IT and Digital.
• Standardization,
optimization and control of business processes.
• Participation in negotiations.
