Cables are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of TU U 31.3-20006134-042: 2008 "Power cables with cross-linked polyethylene insulation for voltage 1 kv".
The cables are intended for the transmission and distribution of electric energy in stationary installations at nominal AC voltage of 1.0 kV at nominal frequency of 50 Hz in networks with isolated and grounded neutral.
The cable brands, their names, predominant applications are listed in the table:

1) The index "g" in stamps means the presence of water-blocking elements. |
The production of such cables has become possible with the use of modern foreign technologies and materials. Our company uses silanol technology. When silanol technology, cross-linking occurs in a humid environment at a temperature of 80-90 ºС using silanes as reagents.
Advantages of cables with XLPE insulation:
• High insulation performance with minimal dielectric loss.
• Increase in throughput by 20-30% due to an increase in the upper limit of permissible temperatures.
• Thermal stability of short circuit situations.
• Excellent moisture resistance of the cable, which eliminated the need for additional protection.
• Reduced load on supporting structures by reducing cable weight
• The ability to install network systems at low temperatures without preheating.
Warranty period is 5 years.
